What We Do

Arminco provides comprehensive commercial construction services for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity, including ground-up construction, interior fit-outs, renovations, facility upgrades and facelifts, expansions, and development projects. We understand that no two projects are the same. Every project comes with its own goals, budget, schedule, existing conditions, operational requirements, and challenges. That is why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to construction. Our team evaluates each project individually and develops a customized strategy for planning, managing, and executing the work from preconstruction through final closeout. Our experienced project managers, superintendents, estimators, and construction professionals are trained to manage the details, coordinate the trades, and keep the project moving forward. For specialized environments, Arminco also maintains teams with specific training and experience in healthcare construction, including dental practices, veterinary facilities, medical offices, and surgical facilities.

The transition through each phase was seamless and the effort of the team to complete each component quickly and at the highest level was always apparent.  From the start, the owner Art was easy to work with and helped explain the process and coordinate the back end of the project.  The design team with Giselle and Kevin helped make sure the office flowed smoothly and turned out elegantly.  Our construction team headed by Artak ensured each step was finished with precision and attention to detail.  Artak was an excellent project manager making sure the architectural design on paper perfectly matched the finished project.  The equipment and cabinetry was chosen and installed by Mark and Dara and their team and worked perfectly with the office design and flow.  The entire team was always available to answer questions and assist thought the entirety of the project.
